is to serve Veterans, which includes currently serving military and RCMP members, and their families, to promote Remembrance, and to serve our communities and our country.
The Act of Remembrance
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old; Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning, We will remember them.
The Act of Remembrance is from the fourth verse of the poem, "For The Fallen," written by Laurence Binyon in 1914 about the outbreak of the first world war. It has been carried forward through the years as a solemn pledge to remember Veterans.

Come Celebrate with Us
Come Celebrate Your Birthday or Anniversary at the Legion Book a table of a minimum of four at least a week in advance for a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday evening. The Legion will give the person or couple celebrating a free drink; If it is a member who is celebrating, we will also give a small cake. A larger sharing cake may be brought in with you.
